Hi, I’m Liam, here's a little insight into how I work.

I believe in deep health - aiming to reach optimal performance emotionally, mentally, physically and psychologically. Not all of us are athletes or fitness models! We all have different goals, commitments and responsibilities. Because of this, I believe everyone's journey needs to be carefully formulated to suit their individual lifestyle and circumstances.

Based on my experience in the fitness industry, there are a few things that I feel are pivotal for client success. Sustainable nutrition strategies, client specific training methods and realistic goals. Once we have developed these variables, we will combine your patience and hard work with my knowledge and support. I firmly believe by doing the above, you have everything you need to achieve any goal you might have.
